Return and exchange policy

At Pro Relax, we always strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would like to explain our return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Recovery policy:

You can return products purchased from the Pro Relax store within a maximum of 39 days from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be in their original, unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return request has been accepted or rejected.

Replacement policy:

If you wish to exchange one product for another, you can request an exchange within 19 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product to be exchanged must be in its original, unused condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

Steps to submit a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact us via email: hello@pro-relaxx.com to request a return or exchange, indicating the order number and the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. After we approve your request, we will send you details on how to return the product.
  3. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will notify you whether to accept or reject your return or exchange request.

Additional conditions:

  • Discounted products or those purchased during promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product, unless the product is damaged or defective.
